Payment Terms

Milana Fashion accepts multiple payment methods, including:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

• Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)

By placing an order and completing payment, you authorize Milana Fashion to charge your payment method for the full amount, including applicable delivery charges.

All transactions are processed in BDT and include VAT as applicable. A confirmation email or message will be sent once your order is accepted.

In the event of any payment-related issues or disputes, we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.

Delivery Terms

Milana Fashion provides nationwide delivery across Bangladesh. Delivery time and charges depend on your location and order weight.

• Inside Dhaka: Expected delivery within 24–48 hours

• Outside Dhaka: Expected delivery within 2–5 business days

Delivery may take longer due to weather, transportation issues, political events, or other unavoidable circumstances. Milana Fashion reserves the right to adjust delivery timelines if necessary.

For orders outside Dhaka, customers may be required to pay delivery charges in advance. Product payment can still be made via COD.

Third-party courier services may be used for deliveries. Milana Fashion is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellation or Modification of Order

Milana Fashion retains full rights to cancel orders due to reasons including (but not limited to):

• Incorrect pricing

• Out-of-stock products

• Damaged or expired items

• Technical or typographical errors

• Invalid or suspicious transactions

Customer order cancellations must occur during the confirmation call or before order dispatch. Once confirmed and dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

If delivery personnel have already reached your location and you choose to cancel, you must pay the full delivery charge.

Order modification requests may be accepted only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Users are responsible for ensuring their provided details—address, payment method, product selection—are accurate.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

Milana Fashion is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or personal injury arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Milana Fashion and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms

• Misuse of the website

• Any third-party claim related to your actions

Our financial responsibility is limited to the cost of the product you purchased. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

While we try to ensure that product information, pricing, and availability are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. Customers must read product labels, care instructions, and warnings before use.

Milana Fashion is not responsible for damages occurring during delivery. Customers should inspect orders upon receipt and report issues immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any legal claim or dispute relating to Milana Fashion must be filed in the courts of Bangladesh.
