At Milana Fashion, we want you to love what you wear. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we request customers to carefully inspect their products in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
During inspection, please check for:

Manufacturing faults
If you notice any issue, you must inform the delivery personnel immediately. You may reject the product on the spot, and we will arrange a return or exchange.
If you do not reject the product in presence of the delivery personnel, it will be considered accepted, and return/exchange may not be possible afterward (except under special conditions described below).
Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive an incorrect item (wrong size, wrong color, or a different product), you must notify us immediately. We will gladly exchange it, provided:

Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

The item is in resellable condition
This ensures you get exactly what you ordered.
Refund Policy
Milana Fashion aims to make refunds simple and transparent.
Refunds Are Available In the Following Cases:

Delivery Failure (Our Fault):
If your order cannot be delivered due to an issue on our end, your full payment will be refunded within 7 working days. -
Order Cancellation at Delivery Time:
If you choose to cancel the order at the time of delivery, you will need to pay the delivery fee, and the product must be handed back in unused, original condition. -
Advance Payment Refunds:
If you made an advance payment and choose to cancel before delivery, or return an eligible item, your refund will be issued within 7 working days after we receive and verify the product.

Exchange Policy
Milana Fashion allows product exchanges under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags, labels, price stickers, and packaging are intact

The request is made within the allowed time frame (typically 24–48 hours after delivery)

The desired size or product is available in stock
✘ Not Eligible for Exchange If:

The product is used, washed, stained, or altered

Perfume, makeup, or wear marks are present

Original tags and packaging are missing

Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)
Delivery Charge for Exchange
Customers must pay the delivery charge for exchanges.
This covers the cost of sending the new item.
Right to Refuse Returns or Exchanges
Milana Fashion reserves the right to decline any return, refund, or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
